So on behalf of the office I ordered 2 sets of different ink toner cartridges from the appropriate purchasing people.
After some weeks of no toner I enquire when we will get delivery as we have been without the 2 printers for about 4 weeks now.

This is the reply:

Hello Alan Jones,

only my chief can approve the order in the system.

He’s on holiday and next monday in the office.

So I think that the delivery date is end of next week.

But in the meantime we send you 2 cartons paper from our paper.

I had a good steak in there before.
Anyway, I decided to have Chicken Fajitas. I also asked for a side plate of chips (French Fries)
So my meal came. The girl asked ' is everything ok?'
I replied ' Yes, but you haven't given me my fries!'
Waitress ' Oh I have given you rice'
I said ' but I asked for Fries'
waitress ' No we are not giving you Fries we are giving you rice!'
End of story!!

So anyway, following on from yesterday!
Last night i left late at 19.00 hrs after a proposed meeting which none of the Italian team turned up, so the meeting was cancelled!
The stations seemed a bit busy and walking along the crowd I saw as usual the Münchens getting annoyed at the crowd. They are no where near as bad as the UK or New York.
Anyhow, I am walking along minding my own business when this tall skinny guy bounces into me and carries on, no apology.
Then there was a girl in front of me and he did the same to her and then he gave her an almighty stare, as if she was an alien.
I caught up with her and asked if she spoke English and she did perfectly.
I told her not to keep bumping into people and she glared at em. Then I expressed it as a joke and she laughed. She said she didn't say anything, as he had crazy eyes!
I thought well no change on that description then! Anyway she carried on talking to me till we got to the top of the escalator.

Another day in the afterworld!!

In order to get away with the crime Amanda Knox implicated her African bar employer in the crime.
However, after checking his alibi witnesses came forward and said that he was working at his bar at the time Amanda Know tried to implicate him.
I think she is guilty.

Aspirin users are at greater risk of Blindness

Paulus de Jong from the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience and Academic Medical Centre 

said the results still suggested aspirin users – regardless of their heart health – are at a greater risk of the of suffering late stage AMD.

However he added that for those who were suffering from heart disease, the benefits of taking aspirin outweighed the risks posed to their vision.

“A healthy eye with full visual capacities is of no use in a dead body,” he said.

I very much doubt that the British consulate or Embassy did much and only got involved 'cos of the media.
