1. Industry and Business

Since the beginning of the Industrial revolution we have had small companies, grow to big companies. Once they reach this level, the business introduces a management hierarchy.
Large companies become complex and it creates a separation of the different types of workers i.e. White collar, blue collar, middle management, top management etc.
It creates a conflict with workers, they fear speaking up, in case they say the wrong thing and the Manager becomes upset. I see the future as becoming an uprising for the employee, where all workers, will be able to be open and say things in truthfulness and not be afraid of any retribution from management. Otherwise, how can companies succeed, while moving into the 4th phase of our evolution.
We have seen recently, that companies become so big, that eventually they can only make decisions by the most senior Manager and it’s their decisions that move the companies to their next goal.
However, it’s my view that most large companies are creating inertia in the decisions, or their progress, because one person cannot make all the right decisions.
The whole basis in today’s world is, what can we return to the shareholders?
There is no consultation with the workforce, because they are scared of saying anything.
And yet the workforce, are people who buy the products and have ideas and thoughts on how to improve the goods.
Because companies are so large and that currently, there is an economic problem globally, companies feel that they now have total control over conditions and have introduced, zero hours contracts. This means that they can have workers when they say so and on their terms. This will of course lead to an eventual rebellion.
We are seeing in Greece and Spain 25% unemployment and this cannot continue to increase without revolutions. It’s likely, that after this period that companies MUST change on how they run companies.  Management will move towards their  rewarding and accountable on several basis. They will have to look at staff health and instead of waiting for staff to become ill, they must introduce employee Well Being programmes, to ensure that their staff mitigate illness as best possible. Managers will be judged on their community and social projects. How they will support local groups , whether sport or educational. Managers will be judged by their internal and external social programmes (i.e. how they look after families and how they integrate families within the work for their families. Corporations will supply; Mental Health clinics, Massage facilities, psychotherapy, physiotherapy etc
The old style large company buildings will disappear when the following is taken into account:
·         Travel time for staff
·         Costs for running large offices i.e. restaurants, gyms, Office furniture
·         It will be cheaper for staff to work from home or from much smaller regional offices, where staff only need to visit infrequently.
This will lead to families becoming closer, an increase in local community projects
The Industrial ownership is changing globally. China has taken about 30% of all Raw material companies in Asia and are currently buying out the African countries. China also owns 95% of all Rare Earth material. Eventually they will hold the manufacturing world to ransom that China hasn’t taken over. This will be a reason albeit too late, that governments will fund new services elsewhere.

This means that corporations will begin to look at less profit and returns to their shareholders, as a means of change and longevity of business and resources. Making staff a safe and happy and healthy environment will mean the world to all.
Corporation Chairman and board members will have a maturity not yet seen and they will take part in committees of local, regional and global magnitude and be asked to make decisions for the best of their people and the people of the world, as well as ethical responsibility, especially with regards to the environment, community concerns. They will also be responsible for economic, technological and social problems.
Management will look at all genders and use their feminine and masculine sides. This will make a balanced responsibility.

Business stakeholders will include;
·         Countries
·         Ecosystems
·         Gaia (Mother Earth & nature)
This means creating value for All.

Dysfunctional corporations and companies not willing to change for the better will not survive.

Companies will need to promote:
·         Recycling
·         Fund Educational programmes
·         Employees serve on joint corporation / citizen committees, to determine community needs.
·         Peace
·         Service
·         Personal fulfillment
·         Planetary and personal health
·         Justice
·         Sharing

How is the Corporation handling its global responsibilities?
What is the Corporation doing to improve creativity and Vision

New Corporation Structure.

Structure                                   =          Community
Locus of control and authority     =          Consensual decision making; everyone a leader, everyone a follower
Role of Management                  =          Non-existant
Atmosphere                              =          Freedom of self expression for all, openness and acceptance, equality,
                                                            flexibility and lifelong learning.

Team value model

Managers can be chosen by product or project

Democratic Model

No leader / Manager

In all, by changing our view of the corporate world and the way that we work, will reduce crime, though more leveling of the corporate world and the creation of work in business or the community.
If we become can make more involvement with community and our environment, will make us closer to nature, which in turn will save Earth and we can live longer.
