I have been lazy and forgot to post my thoughts on the future, so here they are in full!!

1. Introduction
Everything
has a pattern and today is no different. What we are seeing at the moment are
conflicts, whether they are political, Terrorism, Economical, Social, Cultural.
All of
them are linked and a symptom of the changes that are occurring globally.
Let’s
take the global pattern I mentioned. When man came to be, he started to expand
in population. This population needed feeding, so they created hamlets, then
Villages and then Towns and then Cities. Up until this time the main focus was
creating enough food to feed everyone. Families became farmers, who then
invited friends to join the farming business.
Eventually,
these communities became so big that food and requirements became large enough
to enter another pattern.
At this
point, we start to enter into the Industrial pattern and the need to
standardize goods. This is the era where we became materialistic. This began
about 1780 AD when the first machines were invented. Then things began to
balloon. Hence the birth of the Manufacturing stages. This brought in large
buildings and assembly lines. As these grew, it brought in Management, which
then began the ‘chain of command’ which then brought in middle management and
senior management.
This
era, brought in people wanting to better themselves by showing trophies like;
houses, cars, jewelry etc.
In
1950’s a new introduction was shown and this was the introduction of TV and
computers.
This
pattern is still in the current phase, but it is beginning to clash with a new
phase.
This
new phase is where my thoughts begin.
Don’t
be under any illusion, the new pattern we are entering will clash significantly
with the current pattern and it will take over in a short period of time.
The
global turmoil is part of the start of the clash.
We have
global unemployment, which causes population unrest through boredom as well as
low esteem having had secure jobs for many years.
We have
terrorism which is caused by poverty when others have riches. It’s very easy to
create unrest and terrorism when people are finding day to day life a struggle.
The Taliban for example provide promises, religion, a culture and some
compensation for families.
We have
political unrest in many of the developed countries. Why? We can’t trust politicians anymore.
They
have proven to lie, they have proven to line their own pockets and as for
serving their electorate, these politicians are few and far between. Political
bodies are unelected and yet pass laws that we don’t want and certainly don’t
provide any benefit to us!
So
based on this I decided to think and read about the future and I decided to
share my thoughts with you.
There
has to be a global stewardship created and people will look towards personal
fulfillment.
We will
look for unity in economic and social justice, as the law becomes unmanageable
due to lack of resources. Leadership will include sharing local, national and
global affairs.
2. Industry & Business
Since
the beginning of the Industrial revolution we have had small companies, grow to
big companies. Once they reach this level, the business introduced a management
hierarchy.
Large
companies became complex and it created a separation of types of workers i.e.
White collar, blue collar, middle management, top management etc.
It
created a conflict with workers, they fear speaking up, in case they say the
wrong thing and the Manager becomes upset. I see the future as becoming an
uprising for the employee where all workers will be able to be open and say
things in truthfulness and not be afraid of any retribution from management.
Otherwise how can companies succeed, while moving into the 4th phase
of our evolution.
We have
seen recently, that companies become so big that eventually they can only make
decisions by the most senior Manager and it’s their decisions that move the
companies to their next goal.
However,
it’s my view that most large companies are creating inertia in the decisions,
or their progress, because one person cannot make all the right decisions.
The
whole basis in today’s world is, what can we return to the shareholders?
There
is no consultation with the workforce, because they are scared of saying
anything.
And yet
the workforce, are people who buy the products and have ideas and thoughts on
how to improve the goods.
Because
companies are so large and that currently there is an economic problem
globally, companies feel that they now have total control over conditions and
have introduced, zero hours contracts. This means that they can have workers
when they say so and on their terms. This will of course lead to an eventual
rebellion.
We are
seeing in Greece and Spain 25% unemployment and this cannot continue to
increase without revolutions. It’s likely, that after this period that companies
MUST change on how they run companies.
Management will rewarding and accountable on several basis. They will
have to look at staff health and instead of waiting for staff to become ill,
they Must introduce employee Well Being programmes, to ensure that their staff
mitigate illness as best possible. Managers will be judged on their community
and social projects. How they will support local groups , whether sport or
educational. Managers will be judged by their internal and external social programmes (i.e. how they look after
families and how they integrate families within the work for their families.
Corporations will supply; Mental Health clinics, Massage facilities,
psychotherapy, physiotherapy etc
The old
style large company buildings will disappear when the following is taken into
account:
·
Travel
time for staff
·
Costs
for running large offices i.e. restaurants, gyms, Office furniture
·
It
will be cheaper for staff to work from home or from much smaller regional
offices, where staff only need to visit infrequently.
This
will lead to families becoming closer, an increase in local community projects
The
Industrial ownership is changing globally. China has taken about 30% of all Raw
material companies in Asia and are currently buying out the African countries.
China also owns 95% of all Rare Earth material. Eventually they will hold the
manufacturing world to ransom that china hasn’t taken over. This will be a
reason albeit too late that government will fund new services elsewhere.
This
means that corporations will begin to look at less profit and returns to their
shareholders as a means of change and longevity of business and resources.
Making staff a safe and happy and healthy environment will mean the world to
all.
Corporation
Chairman and board members will have a maturity not yet seen and they will take
part in committees of local, regional and global magnitude and be asked to make
decisions for the best of their people and the people of the world, as well as
ethical responsibility, especially with regards to the environment, community
concerns. They will also be responsible for economic, technological and social
problems.
Management
will look at all genders and use their feminine and masculine sides. This will
make a balanced responsibility.
Business
stakeholders will include;
·
Countries
·
Ecosystems
·
Gaia
(Mother Earth & nature)
This
means creating value for All.
Dysfunctional
corporations and companies not willing to change for the better will not
survive.

In all,
by changing our view of the corporate world and the way that we work, will
reduce crime, though more leveling of the corporate world and the creation of
work in business or the community.
If we
become can make more involvement with community and our environment, will make
us closer to nature, which in turn will save Earth and we can live longer.
Corporate
future promotion:
3. Humans & Medical
The population today is an ill group. We have massive
obesity in countries, we have a growing Cancer death threat, with each region
having its own problems.
If we just look at the Asian body compared to the
European body, there is an obvious difference in the medical fraternity. To
perform a heart operation is much more difficult on an Asian person compared to
a European, because the arteries are much narrower. So we can look around the
world and point various differences from different nationalities, not least of
blood types and make up.
All of us and many people in the past have wanted to live
longer, but how do we do this.
My view is that science and genetics will change our
bodies in order to become more standardized.
If we can standardize bodies this means that we can
lessen the rejection of organs and if we can do this, why can’t we have spare
parts (organs) from the shelf!
People will become fitter and healthier than today and
with the change of a standardized body, will improve intelligence.
The use of science and genetics can do this, but the main
task is how can we keep a young skin? Either we find a cream that keeps our
skin young and unwrinkled and can keep it moist and flexible and not dry with
not flexibility. The other alternative is for genetics to be able to create a
process of skin regeneration, so skin shedding. If reptiles can do this,
doesn’t it make sense that humans can do the same.
Let’s say that Humans can live until they are 150 years
old and can work until they are 100, this can have all kinds of benefits as
well as non-benefits.
The point is that it should be possible and not in the
too distant future.
People will seek a more holistic existence with their
working life. They will want a more balanced life and not ‘ live to work! We
will ask ourselves how can we have a better work balance and what purpose are
we living for?
This will involve a decline in materialism and therefore
our mindset will change. Since the Industrial age we have been very
materialistic with new found wealth, but do we need it? The answer is No. why
do we need debt, why do we need things we hardly use etc etc.
We will see a reduction in our stress levels.
4. Technology
Technology
is improving day by day. This can only mean that our lives MUST improve. It
will mean, much better communication, better computers, better interactivity
globally.
Our way
of life can improve significantly, with technology. We will see body parts
being created and being able to perform functions that we have on our bodies
today. A hand or an arm will be able to have almost perfect functionality,
which I guess will look like robotics to some. However, if you have the choice
today would you like this technology improvement, or not being able to perform
the functionality of a normal hand?
We will
see an improvement to electrical goods, the usage of power will become
significantly efficient. A solar panel which is currently the size of 3 foot by
1.5 foot will become the size of an A5 piece of paper and produce even more
paper than its larger comparison.
Cars
will use far less petrol or diesel. So if you have a car now that can drive a
distance of 6 miles per litre, this will increase to 45 miles per litre. Part
of this occur because our energy reserves will fall dramatically in the next 25
years and there has to be either a preservation of energy source or an
alternative will need to be found.
5. Agriculture
Scientists and farmers
today are finding different ways to increase harvest and food production
by using genetics. At the moment they haven’t really found an acceptable way of
performing this stage, but they will and they have to! The global population is
increasing and more people are dying in Africa.
In tomorrow’s world we will be able to grow crops in
sand. If grass can grow in sand, then there has to be a way that crops can grow
in sand and I mean the size of large farms. Crops will be able to grow much
quicker.
It’s well known that there are projects running now that
uses Fish excrement, which is high in fertilization and will be used for crops
on a large scale or even a regional scale. If you think of a large lake filled
with millions of fish, we should be able to filter the water and grab the fish
excrement, which is then used to fertilize crops. This will create a cycle on a
regional level. So lake and Fish, produce more fish, filters to grab the
excrement and purify water, excrement help the genetic crops grow, crops also
provide the fish food thus creating a cycle that can be done on household
basis, Area basis, regional basis etc.
6. Science
Every day we read or hear from the news about a new
scientific study that contradicts all the facts that we have heard before. What
is good for and what is bad for us. Drugs that we have been told were safe, but
turn out that they are not. It’s becoming a total farce and it is now coming to
a point where we don’t want to hear about it anymore. The majority of the time
these studies are funded by companies that have an interest in an outcome.
We are finding that some studies are educated guesses and
in fact are not true.
The population is now at a point where they can’t believe
science anymore.
7. Politics
Governments- UK, USA, Middle East, Far East
We are currently seeing a global breakdown on politics.
Not one piece of unrest is symptomatic of its own country, as each country is
intertwined with global politics. People are demanding more input. Thye are fed
up with government not being accountable or transparent in their governing.
More importantly, not acting on behalf of the electorate or the dictators
oppressing their populations, while they squander the riches.
People want to be collaborated, as they are not stupid
In the UK at the moment we are beginning to see unrest.
There are demonstrations against:
·
Cutbacks in services as the government has
reduced the funding to the local councils
·
Increase in taxes by direct and indirect tax.
e.g. the government is now
forcing people living in council homes to have empty rooms, even though some
people have lived in the house for 25-50 years and at the same time they have
reduced their pensions and benefits. If a council tenant take sin a lodger to
fill the room, then the government taxes the income! One case I have know is
that the council has a shortage of social housing and say that a bedroom needs
to be filled, but in fact have moved a single mother and her baby into a 3
bedroom house. On the other side of a coin is when the council moved a family
of parents , 2 boys and 2 girls into a 4 bedroom house on the council
instructions. Then the same council say that the 2 boys and 2 girls are of an
age that they can share, so they are being charged a tax for a spare bedroom,
even though the Mother protested that the council moved them to a 4 bedroom
house and not a 3 bedroom house.
·
Reduction in benefits, or benefits that are being
paid to people coming to the UK from Europe. There are many stories of immigrant
Fathers coming to the UK, claiming more benefits than the UK inhabitants , even
child allowance for the children they have at home in their own country, and
sending the money home. This exports our taxes to other countries, without our
knowledge or being able to have a say.
·
Immigration out of control, the government cannot
con troll it and are in fear of upsetting the European parliament or being
charged by the European courts. Yet having worked in various countries in
Europe I can say that other countries do in fact have controls, but have their
own way of dealing with it.
·
The economy being exported back to Europe –
as I mentioned before our taxes are being exported already by means of everyone
in Europe being able to claim more benefits than we as UK citizens can claim.
In countries like Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Estonia etc, in theory we can
claim their benefits, however, (1) we are told we can’t (2) they are a fraction
of the UK’s benefit schemes.
·
Youngsters not able to obtain jobs – With a
record of unemployment of youngsters aged between 18-25 it will take years for
us to help them. The governments
apprenticeship scheme is not like Germany’s for instance. A country with a good
apprenticeship scheme needs manufacturing and a good building scheme. The UK
can’t support this and the apprenticeship schemes are just college courses to
keep unemployment figures low. As an example my son, a trained electrician went
to the Olympic site in London. He was told he would get a job, because 95% OF
THE WORKERS WERE FROM Poland. So our youngsters are at a disadvantage
immediately.
MP’s
and local councilors in many governments
of today are not accountable and neither are they made responsible for their
decisions. Taxes are rising, services are being reduced and yet we as the
electorate here that their salaries and expenses are being increased hugely.
Decisions
are being made which cost the taxpayer huge amo0unts of money, without any
consultation.
This
is particularly real for the EU parliament. 2 examples I give:
1. Lady
Ashton asks for an increase of GBP25 million for her staff, while she travels
globally, not able to make any decision s or do any good. She then comes to the
end of her term with 6 months left and is still paid a huge salary, travels the
world for no reason and receives a massive pension. The UK electorate didn’t
vote, but she was placed there as a political body.
2. The
EU asked the UK for an increase of GB P 850 million along with other members of
the EU, and then they announce a new lawyer office in Luxembourg for all of their lawyers. This means more jobs for
people of Luxembourg, lawyers having apartments in Luxembourg and travel and
living expenses all being raised. Again without any vote to the electorate of
the European countries.
The
amount of taxation is now reaching it’s limit before there is massive riots and
eventual anarchy in Europe before any stability occurs.
Therefore,
nothing is transparent
In
today’s world what use is the U.N. They make rules, they vote, but they do not
take action, so what is their purpose?
Again
unelected by people, no accountability, no responsibility ( I.e. hundreds of
thousands of people killed in the Middle East
Libya, Syria, Iraq) and yet won’t sanctioned action by the U.S. or U.K.!
this is absurd. People will stand up about this soon.
In the USA although the economy is beginning to pick up,
what people can’t see is the breakdown of it’s manufacturing industry. Detroit
is bankrupt, which was the huge car industry city. We are seeing the breakdown
of the USA political powerhouse. The President out of a 4 year period cannot
make a decision for more than 1.5 years of this period. After an election or
re-election they don’t make a decision for a year, in the last year of their
presidency they can’t make decisions. If you take it to the normal day to day
working, the government makes very few decisions in any period of time now.
There are too many committees, they have too many members to actually make a
majority or decisive decision.
Therefore in countries around the world, people will
begin to take power in regions and with corporations and businesses, with an
accountability.
8. Environment send nuclear waste to space, rubbish
The future of the Earth is very dependant of the global
environment. We as humans are taking all we can from the Earth, but we are not
putting anything back. So we should use technology and science to discover ways
to help the planet. How can we re-create the tropical forests that are being
butchered? How can we replace the oxygen making plantation, that helps our
climates and humans to breathe air? How do we rid ourselves of harmful waste,
like nuclear?
So with the improvement of technology it will become
possible in years ahead to be able to use our space technology and send nuclear
waste on space shops in order to be placed on an asteroid passing t4h UK and
will not return for thousands of years.
As we begin to understand the different things on our
planet we should be able to:
Create
rain
Stop
tornadoes
Create
oxygen
Control
climates
Clean
the planet and in particular where there is poverty.
Create
perfect conditions for plants, animals, etc like the Eden project on Cornwall.
9. Lifestyle
As I mentioned earlier, materialism will reduce. If we
take the UK alone, there are divides between the North and the South and the
working and living quality. We will see a more modular form of home that is
made of a resin type of product. These housing parts will be made available in
Pods that are based on a plug and play basis. What I mean is that houses will
be made by adding and subtracting housing pods which are already wired, plumbed
etc and all we need to do is plug into the mains. These pods can be piled
upwards and outwards, but more importantly can be disengaged and then
transported elsewhere. So in fact you can move your home very easily. This will
promote less derelict areas and the building of communities very quickly. Also
the pods will be able to be recycled and sold again and therefore cutting the
cost of the home over years.
Areas of countries that are derelict with economies gone,
can be rejuvenated with new people and new housing, however, it has to be
noticed that certain manufacturing businesses have gone.
In the North of the UK we have seen Steel works, Ship
building, mining, car making etc all leaving the areas and they have left
massive unemployment. The problem is that people still fight for the old work
to return , but it won’t, as it’s been lost to the country and gone to maybe
China. Therefore, the government and the people have to think of new business
to provide employment. This will mean re-educating people in these areas.
Unions have in fact lost their standing and are still fighting a losing bale.
However, when this is realized it will bring a gasp of air and plans can be
made to find a new service to employ and rebuild the area.
At the moment Detroit is another area to be in the same
position. It’s filed for bankruptcy as the motor industry has gone. If
corporations had looked ahead, they would have seen this and maybe the new
workers committees would have made them away of the need to diversify.
As I have mentioned already, people will look into
themselves and find a way to rebalance their lives.
This may mean for people to have 2 or 3 jobs to earn
money, Help the community and social projects and in the end improve their
Lifestyle.
10. Education
An increasing improvement for technology, will promote
lessons from home or from smaller schools.
Lessons will be given by one teacher to several hundred pupils at all levels. Lessons will be given by one teacher to several hundred pupils at all levels.
Technology will allow global lessons with social forums for extra learning or working groups of all nationalities.
Lessons will be given by one teacher to several hundred pupils at all levels. Lessons will be given by one teacher to several hundred pupils at all levels.
Technology will allow global lessons with social forums for extra learning or working groups of all nationalities.
This will promote a single curriculum for education at
all levels.
11. Energy
Oil – Saudi Arabia only has enough oil stocks for about 25 years. Most people
don’t know this yet, but this will be the next major shock for governments.
Only then will they place money into a speedier programme to find other energy
sources.
Cars as an example will need to become much more efficient so instead of covering 35 miles to the gallon, they will have to make 120 miles to the gallon in order to use less petrol/Diesel, because one thing is for sure and that is the price of oil per barrel will rise to between 500-1000 dollars a barrel.
Power station s will have to become far more efficient than they are now for the same reasons.

Power station s will have to become far more efficient than they are now for the same reasons.
The new process of ‘Fracking’ for Gas is also only a
short term project.
There is one main thing in common here and that is, we as
humans are great at taking things out of the Earth, but we cannot put anything
back into the Earth. Oil is a decomposition of trees and plantation, but aren’t
we demolishing this for short term gains?
How will oil be produced later in centuries, when we are not replacing
the plantation.
We see re-usable energy projects by the governments. The
only thing is that these are short term follies for political gains. Look at
wind power! We are placing windmills in the sea, on land, but in fact it’s much
more expensive than other forms of creating energy, but most of the time this
cost is hidden by government funding.
The turbines used have a limited life time and to replace
them is very expensive, but this seems to be overlooked when trying to sell the
concept. I guess you have to ask yourself, how comes the Dutch windmills didn’t
last?
The only reusable energy that can be used that is natural
is the sun. As long as the sun is still bright, we will live as humans. So why
don’t we use the poor African countries to house solar farms to a degree to
transport the energy back to various countries. At the moment it’s down to
cost, but what the governments should look at is to make solar panels and
reusable energy, much more efficient. How about instead of having 10 solar
panels on your house rook with a measure of about 4 foot by 2.5 feet and
replace with a panel that can do the same work but is only the size of an A4
size of paper. How about making a solar panel the size of A5 to run a air
condition unit that also can provide hot air? So the order of the day is
efficiency with much smaller unit to obtain solar power. Space technology can
also be combined with this efficiency by using satellites to direct the sun
rays to the UK and therefore, making it even more concentrated.
12. Social & Community
With the changes in the Corporate world, the changing of
how we approach our lifestyle, this will promote a better community and social
environment. Being at home more working will provide families the ability to
spend time together as well as interact with the community more. Corporate
companies will provide more involvement with the family by promoting family
involvement with the company the family member work. The Corporate involvement
of community and education projects will allow people to meet their neighbour’s instead of being at work all day and not
seeing who you live near.
So communities will have committees who work together to
make the community a better place to live and how family values can improve,
which in turn will reduce divorce rates.
13. Conclusion
As we
are now moving to a phase that is between the 3rd and 4th
Phase, we will see a more dramatic change in the planet and its inhabitants
actions. One thing for sure is that actions by people will become worse,
before they become better. We will see more riots due to political disruption
and also due to economic chaos. People with no work, become restless and then
create chaos, this is a normal activity, but it has to become pretty bad before
the government will take notice.
We can see
that manufacturing is shifting from the West towards the East, as Chine becomes
a powerhouse for industry and will hold the West to ransom.
We can
also see that moving forward that Russia will hold the West to ransom for Gas
and Oil.
However,
due to the economical situation, what the western governments cannot see, is
the problems building by allowing China to buy into its basic needs like:
Electricity, Gas, Communications etc.
In the
UK we saw China buying out EDF which is one of the National Grid companies. I
warned at this time that China now had a means to hack into the internet
traffic and to eventually hold the UK to ransom as a supplier of electricity.
Within weeks there was a large amount of hacking going on with corporate sites
and the provider servers. After investigation, it was suggested that the
hacking came from China!
We can
see that China is gradually taking over Africa and they have taken the ship
building in Greece. Eventually, the Russians will wake up and start to take
over Europe in order to prevents its energy sales. What about the USA I hear
you say. Well, I’m afraid that the great power of America is diminishing and
eventually it will have power over the Americas only.
Overall,
we are seeing a Global Stewardship being created, because although we will have
some power struggles, we will have to be aware of our surroundings and our
environment. So if china takes the manufacturing sector, other countries will
be noted for their specialty. So we could have the UK for Financial Services,
Sweden for medical, Finland for mobile telephony etc. So each country will
produce something for the world!
People
will look to balance their life and family and what can we do if we live
longer. How can we improve the human being and what we do with our working life
and integrate the two for the better of not only our families but for the glob
al good.
