Spurs vs West Ham

How on earth will West Ham make a deal of the Olympic stadium?
1. Other stadiums when leaving a legacy have failed.
2. West Ham can only get 40,000 max each week when they are doing well and they never do.
3. The atmosphere will disappear
4. West Ham will go bust when they get relegated

From Spurs
1. 60,000 every 2 weeks
2. They will spend STG 200 mio on refurbishing the National Athletics stadium

The boys did it!

My son's school have won the county finals and now will represent Essex in the regional finals.
This means that they will play teams who will represent London, Kent and other counties.
This takes place on 26/3 in Greenwich.

The Arsenal Youth Academy has nothing on Chelsea training ground!!!

Judges are a joke

A guy where i live has a car accident. He has to have his leg amputated.
He wins STG 500,000 compensation.

5 years later he marries and has 2 kids.

A little later his wife divorces him and then claims for his compensation.

The judge allows her STG 285,000. For what??
Did she have her leg amputated and be a disabled person.
No!
But she knows how to take men for an arm and a leg.
I hope he takes care of his arms!!!

It's fucking outrage!!!

Both boys are through to their cup rounds

Aron's team won their quarter final so are now waiting to play their Semi final.
It's now becoming noticed as they are a 3rd Division team who are in the semis and knocked out the 1st Division leaders.

Josh's team took a 4-1 win from their 1st Leg of the semi final into the 2nd Leg.
They lost today 2-0 so are winners and now in the Final.
Next week they are playing in another semi final.
Wednesday he is in the School National Final.
I got it wrong about the location. They are playing at the Arsenal Academy in Walthamstow NE London.

persistance pays off hopefully!

Eventually I have managed to get my son an apprenticeship hopefully.
He has to go for an interview and I guess some checks.
The company is willing to pay him and pay for his training.

Let's keep our fingers crossed!

Mexican frenzy

I haven't seen a reason from the Ambassador as to why they are wrong!!!

Top Gear has been criticised by the Mexican Ambassador to the UK for a series of "outrageous, vulgar and inexcusable insults".
His Excellency Eduardo Medina-Mora Icaza wrote to the corporation to complain about the comments made in an episode broadcast on January 30 and demanded the show's hosts, Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond, make a public apology.
In the episode, which can be watched on iPlayer, Richard joked that Mexican cars reflected national characteristics, saying they were "just going to be lazy, feckless, flatulent oaf with a moustache, leaning against a fence asleep, looking at a cactus with a blanket with a hole in the middle on as a coat".
James described Mexican food as "like sick with cheese on it" and Jeremy predicted they would not get any complaints about the show because "at the Mexican embassy, the ambassador is going to be sitting there with a remote control like this [snores]. They won't complain, it's fine."
In his letter to the BBC, the Ambassador wrote: "The presenters of the programme resorted to outrageous, vulgar and inexcusable insults to stir bigoted feelings against the Mexican people, their culture as well as their official representative in the United Kingdom.
"These offensive, xenophobic and humiliating remarks only serve to reinforce negative stereotypes and perpetuate prejudice against Mexico and its people."
It is not the first time the show, with its blend of motoring news, schoolboy humour and audacious stunts, has got into trouble.
In 2008 the show was rapped by the BBC Trust for showing Jeremy and James sipping gin and tonics at the wheel during a stunt.

Where is the loyalty and professionalism

Yesterday my colleagues and I eventually received the codes of our projects to mark out time against in the company's electronic timesheet.
We noticed that we cannot submit partial weeks as this month is i.e. end of the month Monday, but we cannot submit our timesheets until the end of the week.
What does this mean?
1. We were not informed of this
2. My salary will be delayed by at least a week
3. My agent didn't know
4. My contract is now void as the Term sheet has to be changed
5. My mortgage won't be paid on time and nor any other Direct Debit

This is a bank that thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread, but is out of touch with reality.
Then it will wonder why contractors may leave, because they are arrogant and think they can do what they want.

I have said it many times before in conversations. Dutch are similar to Arabs in many ways and this is the act of a typical Middle East company, they think that all 'khowowjers' (foreigners) are slaves and they can do whatever they want, whether there is a contract or not.
