Where is the loyalty and professionalism

Yesterday my colleagues and I eventually received the codes of our projects to mark out time against in the company's electronic timesheet.
We noticed that we cannot submit partial weeks as this month is i.e. end of the month Monday, but we cannot submit our timesheets until the end of the week.
What does this mean?
1. We were not informed of this
2. My salary will be delayed by at least a week
3. My agent didn't know
4. My contract is now void as the Term sheet has to be changed
5. My mortgage won't be paid on time and nor any other Direct Debit

This is a bank that thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread, but is out of touch with reality.
Then it will wonder why contractors may leave, because they are arrogant and think they can do what they want.

I have said it many times before in conversations. Dutch are similar to Arabs in many ways and this is the act of a typical Middle East company, they think that all 'khowowjers' (foreigners) are slaves and they can do whatever they want, whether there is a contract or not.
